When running the archetypes build on a CI build or on a machine that has the
local repository location reconfigured, the build will fail.
When the itests try to run the archetype, the Maven embedder instance will look
in the default local repository location or try to download from central repo,
which will fail if the archetypes have been installed in the configured maven
repo during the rest of the build.
