Enhance smx-cxf-se documentation Proxies section to include a table describing
the various cxfse:proxy attributes. The mtomEnabled flag is especially
important to document to prevent users from unknowingly marshaling DataSources
into the jbi message body and consuming potentially large amounts of excess
memory
