NMR windows assembly incorrectly packaging the unix scripts

I noticed when building the NMR that the assembly for Windows is shipped with
the UNIX script. This appears to be down to an error in the windows-bin.xml in
the assembly descriptors referencing unix instead of win. I'll attach the patch
in a second.
