WRT to the timestamps on the snapshots, we have had trouble with the snapshot
deployments from Hudson but we are working on it. I have just triggered
deployment of artifacts in Hudson and it looks like the new ones are now
available at
https://repository.apache.org/content/groups/snapshots-group/org/apache/servicemix/servicemix-smpp
