random exception on console

when test smx4 kit demos, I can see the exception like
java.lang.IllegalStateException: BeanFactory not initialized or already closed
- call 'refresh' before accessing beans via the ApplicationContext

We can see the exception when start/stop service, install/uninstall bundles, it
not always happen, just from now and on
