This includes drools, mvel and smack. Greg has found a problem where drools can't be used with mvel-1.3.16, so we need a bundle for mvel-1.3.12. The drools bundle has been updated to make sure we use mvel < 1.3.16, and the smack bundle has missed the previous set of bundles.
