Scripts in bin folder don't depend of the distribution format

The ServiceMix 3 distribution bin folder contain launching script for all
platform, whatever choosed distribution format.
For example, using ServiceMix 3 tar.gz distribution format (for Unix system), I
can see in the bin folder:
servicemix
servicemix.bat
smx-arch
smx-arch.bat
It can be disturbing for some newbie users.
I will include the bin depending of the distribution format.
