The activemq-camel component adds a flag that lets it auto-expose a camel
endpoint into the CamelContext for each destination (queue & topic) it can find
the broker when ti connects. This lets camel related tooling such as camel-web
view all destinations available in the message broker - without the user having
to create dummy routes or manually register them.
Being able to do the same with the NMR would rock. This would mean any camel
related tool would be able to automatically view all the available NMR
endpoints & let the camel-web tool send to any of the available NMR endpoints -
as well as get smart completion of endpoint URIs in tooling etc
