Add a getting started guide to the documentation
Goal is to introduce people to ServiceMix in a short document, something along
the lines of...
- install and start servicemix
- use a few console commands
- install a feature (the web console?)
- deploy a Camel route and update it
- deploy another route that integrates with ActiveMQ
