Use cxf version 2.3.2-SNAPSHOT to pick up CXF-3222 and CXF-3187
Use karaf version 2.1.3-SNAPSHOT to pick up KARAF-345
Also use camel 2.6-SNAPSHOT which also use cxf 2.3.x.
Once Servicemix 4.3 is out, I'll commit patches to nmr and features trunk to
use cxf 2.3.x and camel 2.6.x
