Global StoreFactory configuration for components

A lot of servicemix-components make use of Store and StoreFactory (especially
the eip components). The default store factory is the MemoryStoreFactory. It
would be helpful if the default store factory implementation could be
configurable. This way we could configure a clustered store factory globally
and all the endpoints in the bus would be "clustered".
