A good suggestion was made by Kurt Westerfeld in SMX4NMR-265: if an exchange is
sent to the NMR from a piece of code that is running in a {{Subject.doAs(...)]]
block, it would be nice to have the NMR (optionally) automatically inject the
current subject into the Exchange/Message being sent.
