We should probably be a bit careful in picking up this features descriptor -
that descriptor does not use the OBR resolver so we have to make sure not to
introduce unnecessary, duplicate bundles for the same package if we move to
this features descriptor.
How about we provide a fix for adding OBR resolver support to the CXF
descriptor and then plan to start using it from the next version of ServiceMix
onwards instead?
