This will allow you to set the extra serviceUrl and environment parameters as
on the Ant tasks.
In order to allow releasing a jbi-maven-plugin to support WebSphere WAR
deployments, we do have to release ServiceMix 3.4 first to ensure we pick up
the corresponding changes there.
