Patch committed with many thanks to Nikos.
FYI, I made some code changes, to simplify the implementation. I added a
CacheManagerFactory to decouply StoreFactory from CacheManagerFactory. Finally,
I added support for StoreListeners, which is a feature added after the creation
of this patch.
