Hey Charles,
That's already a good step in the right direction - you moved all the text styles and some of the images into the CSS to make the HTML a lot less cluttered. I just wonder if we shouldn't take this one step further and replace the table based layout by a div/css-based alternative to make it easier to reproduce the same look and feel across projects and modules. Wdyt? A few weeks ago, Guillaume also mentioned he was going to work on this - not sure how far along he got, but we should make sure we're not all working on the same thing here.
