I guess the osgi world does some tricks with the xmlresolver. Where as the non
osgi world has other tricks, eg there is some meta-data in the MANIFEST.MF
files in the original Saxon JARs that are not in the osgi ones.
This is a bit crap as I want to use the same JARs as much as possible.
Maintaing both OSGi JARs and regular JARs is a PITA!
Also OSGi JARs gets published to maven central, so we wont need to have special
maven repos or whatnot.
