We have osgi bundles for bouncycastle at
http://repo2.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/servicemix/bundles/org.apache.servicemix.bundles.bcprov-jdk16/
It would be nice with a bundle for the new 1.47 release.
The 1.47 release is in maven central at
http://bouncycastle.org/latest_releases.html
And in central repo. The name is now xxx-jdk15on to indicate JDK1.5+ onwards.
