@Matthew: Good catch, looks like I somehow messed up while uploading the
assemblies to the dist server and the mirrors. Thanks for reporting this!
Added the missing bits now in
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/servicemix/servicemix-4/4.5.1/ but
it will take a few hours to a day until all mirrors will get the new files.
