I think the Karaf defaults for {{respectStartLvlDuringFeatureStartup}} and
{{resolveOptionalImports}} should work fine for us. I always though we already
had the latter one enabled already, but feel free to change that if it's not
yet so.
Now that the bulk of the upgrade to Karaf 3 has been done, it might be easier
to just raise new issues for other stuff that needs changing - a lot of the
work we will be doing for ServiceMix 6 will be around the upgrade to Karaf 3,
so having separate issues for all those smaller tasks that remain will make it
a bit easier to track how far along we are, I think.
