First of all please use the users list for such question. Second, do you actually need jetty to run? if not uninstall the war feature.
If you want to have a web-container available then there is no way of removing that. Since your container is actually listening to different requests, one might match a corresponding web-resource and therefore needs to be addressed, if the requested resource (in your case) doesn't exist the server needs to inform you that you did something wrong.
