Migrated the documentation to Asciidoctor and included it in ServiceMix
* Migrated the documentation to Asciidoctor.
* Checked all examples and adjusted where necessary.
* Minor updates to documentation content.
* All Karaf commands are included in the ServiceMix documentation on each
build automatically.
* Links refer to the latest Karaf user and developer guides.
* PDF files are generated using asciidoctorj-pdf.
* Included documentation as a new module 'manual' to ServiceMix.
