We agreed to maintain bundle major version. For instance 4.5.4 will superseded any 4.5.x previous versions. However 4.5.x and 3.7.x are independent.
I can reintroduce 3.7.x if needed. The purpose is to reduce the number of minor bundles versions: it's painful to maintain and the git repository is pretty slow with bunch of unused folders.
