Hi, The release plan is still in mail thread [1], the plan has a little changed, but we still plan release 2 version of it (3.1.0.M1 and 3.1.0) before 1 Jan 2019. I will update change on that mail thread later. For technical issues, we want continued use GitHub issues, 3.1.0.M1's change log in [2].
