Hi Sheng, I don't know why the address of the release notes changed automatically. The new address is: https://github.com/apache/incubator-shardingsphere/releases/tag/untagged-64300f61d839e923e8af Furthermore, the public one is https://github.com/apache/incubator-shardingsphere/pull/2586/files which has not been merged yet.
