Hi Rimal, The version 3.1.0 is the last "pretty" stable version before ShardingSphere go to apache incubator. You can use it for POC. For production ready, I think 3.1.0 is enough if your team follow the SQL restrict in [1].
If find bugs you found or need new features, please pay attention for 4.x. It is in release candidate stage, please test and report bugs on this version.
