I notice the google doc[1] is written by Chinese, maybe we can translate it
to English.

It seems like the issue [2] is fixed by the discussion way like parse start
index of In parent and fix SQL conjunction logic.

It is good solution, but the PR is for branch 4.0.1 only. We need to submit
a PR to master too, can we do this?
