Yes, it requires migrating the project to gitLink, but it doesn't need to
be maintained in gitLink.
Users can select a mirror repository when migrating a project, then the
repository cannot perform operations such as push, merge the pull request,
etc.
Users can click the "Sync Mirror" button to synchronize repository updates
such as code submission of the source repository.

To put it simply, gitLink provides a mirroring platform. We continued to
maintain it on GitHub before maintaining it on GitHub.
We only need to synchronize the mirroring of gitLink regularly. I
understand it this way.
