Hi, Communtiy
Apache ShenYu Team decide to mark shenyu register types include etcd, nacos,
zookeeper, apollo as deprecated and remove these register types after the next
version is released. We decided to just reserve http register type and that can
simplifies user configs and operations. Now, we will vote on the operation.
+1 means remove these register types.
-1 means reserving these register types.
