Shindig 2.0.0 needs to be deployed on the root context for it to work properly.

The manager application shows that it has been deploy successful and the path is /shindig-server-2.0.0 When trying to access http://localhost:8080/shindig-server-2.0.0 or as in the docu http://localhost:8080/gadgets i got a 404 error.
