Sorry about that. I overlooked the fact that you're using Shindig 2.0. The common container resources I pointed to are only available in Shindig 3.0. Is there any reason you can't use one of the Shindig 3.0 betas? Maybe someone can help you out and point you to where you can get it. Off the top of my head I don't know where to get a 3.0 beta2 war.
