Do not insert carriage return characters (^M) in Shindig files, Windows users please make sure your editor set properly to not inject carriage return char

Hi All,

Just found out that some of the files such as gadget_site.js you will
see windows carriage return characters (^M) inserted at the end of
each line.

I think we should not use carriage return for end of each line.

For those editing files with Windows please make sure your text editor
does not insert carriage return to the files.
