Hi Paulo, No, the Shiro Grails Plugin is maintained by Peter Ledbrook in the Grails Plugins' SVN repository located here: http://plugins.grails.org/. It is not currently hosted here as part of the main Shiro project.
You'll want to open a discussion on the Grails Development email list to request SVN access. HTH!
