Resolution: Won't Fix
With the raise of vaadin (and JavaScript frontend frameworks), this is probably
not needed anymore. The request here was actually client library support, while
shiro up to date is only a backend library.
You can already do requests via GWT by just sending HTTP POST data to an
endpoint, the same way you call other endpoints.
If you have an example use case or a patch and can manage support for this
module, feel free to reopen this issue.
