Update: 3.x and Jakarta EE integration tests work

I am pleased to announce that Jakarta EE integration tests all work with 3.x
Still to-do: Guice and Spring.

Reminder: please merge the outstanding PRs. There is one with a security issue 
(log4j/logback) outstanding now.
