Release 3.0.0-Alpha-1?

Hi,

The only outstanding PR for 3.x is https://github.com/apache/shiro/pull/2485
I believe once this is merged, we will be ready to release 3.0 Alpha.

What do you think? Any missing items for 3.x? Any must-dos?
