After the discussion in the meeting, I created this ticket for adding time
profiling function in SINGA.
It will display the name of operator together with the time elasped.
It is planned to have multi-level logging by setting verbosity level: For
example: 0: no profiling; 1: profile foward and backward; 2: profile each
operator
