Summary: Implement speech recognition examples

Speech recognition is a major application of deep learning models. The other
two major applications are about computer vision and NLP.
SINGA has provided examples for image classification and language modelling. We
are going to provide a few examples about speech recognition application, e.g.,
CTC and DBN-DNN.
