Currently the website of Singa (http://singa.apache.org/) is managed by Apache
CMS.
It is requested to use Sphinx (http://www.sphinx-doc.org) to generate the
documentation. This documentation will be stored and managed by the git
repository of Singa instead of Apache's subversion repository.
