Intel's MKL-DNN https://github.com/intel/mkl-dnn libaray provides the
implementation of neural network operations including convolution, pooling,
LSTM, etc. Significant speed up has been observed for training and inference
over CPU.
This ticket serves as a milestone to implement the neural network operations
using Intel MKL-DNN, which could be split into multiple sub-tickets, e.g. one
ticket for implementing one operation.
