Intel has released the implementation of [MKLDNN
|https://github.com/intel/mkl-dnn]for deep learning, which optimizes the neural
network operations on Intel CPU (CPP code).
This ticket is to implement the CppDevice and neural network operations of
Singa using MKLDNN.
