It seems that the [worker image
|https://github.com/nginyc/rafiki/blob/add_pos_tagging/dockerfiles/worker.Dockerfile#L1]assumes
the host OS has GPU driver installed?
Can we switch to a CPU docker container if the host has no GPU cards?
Can rafik let users to configure the docker container at runtime?
e.g., by providing the docker name and tag.
