Wow Martin, you guys have been busy! We can certainly translate the text to english using a machine translator. That should be pretty easy. I would leave it up to you, though, to review it once that has happened as some of the machine translated text looks funny.
We are also still thinking about how to incorporate a better style sheet in to the CMS. For what it's worth, Bootstap has decent looking source code styling options.
