I was looking for something different than both "utility" and "type"...
One possibility could be "iso" because the majority of classes defined
there are implementations of the ISO 19103 types defined in
org.opengis.util. This would also be consistent with the "iso" package
defined in metadata. However not all classes are from ISO - e.g.
InternationalString and Factory are GeoAPI-specific. So a "iso" package
name is not 100% true, but we may consider that "80% true" is enough...
