The commits on Apache SIS have slowed down a little bit recently because
I'm trying to resolve the Unit issue: from cleanup on
org.unitsofmeasurement to writing OGC change requests for GeoAPI to
changing the GeoAPI interfaces to updating the Geotk stack. It will take
a little bit of effort, but I think that we are better to resolve this
issue soon before SIS uses too much Unit API.
