I think I see (at least part) of the problem: the files at
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/sis/site/trunk/content/
all appear to be completely empty. It is possible that something went
awry during Martin's move, or at some other point, but at least
Subversion and the CMS are in agreement that there is no content to
display in the latest revision.
We might want to just roll things back and try the move again.

Thanks for the confirmation, it was really just a guess of mine.
Since Andrew is looking at it, I will not step on his toes now. Once
he is done, if there are any left over CSS linking errors, I will get
a patch and we should be good to go.
