Hi Peter,

Personally I feel these kind of discussion is ok on the mailing list. Your are 
providing fine insights into how you used a spacial library which can potential 
interest to the community. I like the dev list being forums (on the topic of 
course) and not restrict themselves to discussion on the software products 
itself. But thats just me.
