WKT 2 work merged to trunk

Hello all

The work on WKT 2 has been merged to trunk. Tomorrow I plan to start 
looking at the Shapefile reader in order to retrofit its API into 
something common to all data stores. I will post proposals on this list 
before changing anything. While waiting for comments, I plan to draft a 
proposal relative to ApacheCon for the OGC blog. After Shapefile reader 
API retrofit, I think we would be ready to prepare a release candidate.
