Hello all
The org.apache.sis.parameter package [1] has been completed with the
addition of TensorParameters (a generalization of matrices). I propose
to end here the development for SIS 0.4 RC. Sunday or Monday I will do
some last javadoc reviews and add some tests, then if no one object I
would start a 0.4 RC close to the current content with the omission of
"sis-feature" module (Features are too important for pushing them in a
rush) and "sis-shapefile" (because it depends on "sis-feature").
