I would also have a preference for a document hosted in the SVN.
Furthermore, last time I do not remember to have seen mathematical
equations in Google doc, or did I missed them?
If we put on SVN, I think it would be better to have the source in a
text format. That would leave the markup language used by Apache web
site, HTML, Docbook, epub if the source is textual (which I do not
know), or latex for the courageous... Any other ideas?
